Yes, You can always renew contract before 3 years and keep all the credits.

It would be $150 if you don't want the phone.

There are no activation charges or transfer fees.

If you are truly paying for 'any other expenses' however this is very generous of you. If I have a security deposit required of $200 will you cover that? ? It is a legitimate 'other expense' ?

I'm going to assume the $10 unlim incoming credit and the rogers 2 rogers $5 credit are what the OP is factoring into this '$20' credit BEST case scenario.

If that's the case, the math should lead this plan configuration to be $31.03 in Ontario. I'm intrigued to see how it's $28.
IF...the $20 is infact not counting the $10 incoming and $5 rogers 2 rogers indicated separately, then the total should be 250 8pm ($20-$15 (remainder of the $20 credit of which $5 is already taken by the 1000ld))$5+saf+911+taxes

To clarify Canada anytime LD (1000ld) is a $5 pkg.
