I know that in Calgary, Enmax provided a $50 credit for any HE toilet you install, replacing your old toilet. To this end, I installed 3 American Standard Dual flush toilets and one Toto dual flush. Given it to do over, I would have gone with the Toto for all 4. I didn't like the american standard lid that came with them. So, I ended up ordering the Toto lids for all 4. Also, the AS toilets are shaped slightly different so "stuff" tends to hit the side of the bowl more, requiring more cleaning than the toto.
Otherwise, I'm really happy with them.
