Google local companies, get their number, and give them a call.. That's what I did.

I rented a U-Haul when I moved to Ottawa, and again when I moved back. Just booked one again cuz I'm moving at the end of the month. Never had a problem with them and they are reasonably priced. You can also buy any moving supplies you might need there, again reasonably priced. I compared a few places for the prices of supplies and they were the least expensive. They have these moving kits, there's a 'starter kit' for about $50, includes 20 boxes (10 X 2 different sizes, bubble wrap, some other kind of plastic wrap, two rolls of tape and a tape dispenser and a couple markers for the boxes. Not enough for all my stuff, but might be for you, and they do have different kits.
