Replacing car CD Player

I want to replace the CD Player in our Mazda MPV 03 with something FS or BB have in stock. Never done this before so I am looking for information.

What model I should look for ( or avoid ) but it should have MP3 or IPod input?

Would FS or BB also provide installation service and are they good?

Any advise would be appreciated.
