Reporting Consumer Protection Act violations

Does anyone know where you can report consumer protection act violations, a local store is pissing me off selling used products as new and full price when they are completely dirty inside. They also sell counterfeit software in sealed cases and clothes at close to real value. Its a small store so don't worry its not a chain or anything major but I can't post it here because got into argument with owner and don't know if he is a member on here.

I was told that the dept that runs the SCOP program can help also.
That might be the competition bureau also.

I spoke to someone t here a few weeks ago about a store that had a misleading sale around here and they did not do too much about that.

But I also asked the lady i spoke to about what if a store is missrepresenting a product, like selling plastic furniture as leather ( a big chain store was doing that,even their parent company told me they would change the labels...doubt they did).

Was months ago, so unless you file a complaint timely, you are out of luck.
