In the movie, The Corporation, one story they bring up is about the privatizing of rain water in Bolivia. There is an article on wikipedia about the Cochabamba protests. There is one thing I don't get....fine, the goverment having issues and are unable to manage the water supply system properly, so they get a US firm to help out... but how can they prevent people from collecting rainwater? What was the rationale?
