Reseting Linksys router (from Vonage's defaults if in place)

When I hooked up with Vonage more than a year ago, I did receive the blue/black with 4 LAN, and 2 telephone ports from them.

Here is how it looks (the blue/black one):


I want to switch from Vonage to Nextfone or Acanac. I hear that the new Linksys PSP2 are locked to Vonage (and need to be unlocked).

I have the blue/black - generic one - and wonder whether those ones are also locked, etc? If so, I would need to check to see if their are locked or not. If so, I need to unlock or perhaps purchase an unlocked PAP2-NA device.

What are your suggestions?

I assume the easiest way to get an answer would be to call nextfone and see if they know how. I'm sure somebody over there would. Other than that I can't actually help you.
