Paid 3/27 for SFIV and to this date still have not received anything

The last thing he say was he shipped on Monday = 3/30

Does it really take this long to ship from Ottawa to Toronto?

The guy does not respond to any of my messages. What should i do next?

Got a reply: I'm Terribly Sorry for the inconvinience that I caused you, Today I received the mail I sent you, It had insufficient Postage I accidently put 2 86 Cent Stamps instead of the the new 92 cent ones(Terribly Sorry bout that). So today I ship out your game via Xppresspost, Here's the Tracking number: 0101 5300 0037 1827, It Should arrive by Wednesday, once again I'm very sorry for the inconvinience and hopefully things can Work out

Sounds like a honest mistake, i'm willing to forgive as long as i receive the game..

He has several feedbacks and all seemed legit to me. Keep on track with the tracking number, make sure it's the correct one.

I know how you feel, but as long as he's keeping in contact with you it's all good.

Hope you'll receive your item soon.
