Had a bunch of stuff for sale, so I EMTed him $30 for a router and a game.

He was incommunicado for a week claiming a work trip.

When he got back promised a refund in the coming days...

Issued a refund earlier today and then canceled it before I had a chance to deposit it.

Just received the EMT from the user again, this time deposited right away. Issue resolved, but still a crappy experience from start to finish.

Um can't you report him to POLICE?

I had a friend buy something same thing happened
they filled out a report at police station

Police stated that if you don't fill out a report, they can't CATCH HIM
