Return Period for Buyer's Remorse
How many days do you have to return a new/used car from a dealership, and are there any things that would void this period, other than destroying the car or things of that nature?

Some used dealers will allow you a few days (kms) to decide on a vehicle. You won't get your money back if you return it, but they'll usually give you full credit for another.

I returned a used car once about twenty years ago because it was represented as being a 1982 car but was in fact a 1981 car. Misrepresentation. He put up a bit of a fight, but he finally caved in and got a full refund. The fact that I was a reporter might have had some impact.
