i realized. my take on the exam i pass wonderlic and english exams (i took it for AAP program). I accepted for west office. north york office said they plan put offer informally so until it becomes official i accepted west for the mean time. wonderlic if practice hard enough you can get into interview stage. you really bad in english not to get 50% in multiple choice.

Hi,
Did anyone submit their application for Toronto North between December and February? If so, did they call you up to write WPT and WST? Thanks.

Thanks Suzzy.
I wonder if anyone who only made it in time to apply for the Toronto North position (December to February). Did the office ever called people to write the wonderlics?

I did both exam (wonderlic and the writing) on Jan 24, 09, passed both of them, but no calls for interview.
I wonder if there is any chance that they will call for one.
Also, can anyone who did the interview tell me what is like, what questions they are asking, how can you prepare for it, ect.

Trying to keep this thread alive. So it is now past March 31st and the posting for the CRA Toronto North call centre has closed. I have read and heard people being offered to do the tests, but no interviews yet. Has anyone heard from Toronto North regarding interviews for this position?

I applied for the job at the North office in sept.08 and went to write both tests middle of september..I didnt get my results for first test (wonderlic) until Nov. and the other English one until Dec. I passed both and was waiting for a call to an interview...I followed up and emailed them in regards to my interview and they asked me to come in the following week..I had my interview the second week of January...when leaving they told me that they send you a letter in the mail stating whether you passed the interview or not...The next day they emailed my references at work and they were sent back the next day to CR. I followed up with 3 emails :S and i still haven't received a reply...waiting for a rejection letter like i've seen some people post or a acceptance...its taking so long I dont know what to think!

I think what was meant was that after filing season for individual tax filers (April 30th). Then it becomes filing season for businesses. I have not heard how many people they're keeping at Toronto Centre. Some people will be kept on for benefits training (GST credit, Can Child Tax Benefit) because that season goes to end of August.
