Reverse lookup for a 1-866 #

How do you do this? I know you can reverse lookup a # to see where it's coming from via 411.ca for a residential number, but I kept getting calls from some 1-866 number that just hung up after a ring or two.

Hope they're not just testing my line to see if it works for ads.

call them. It's rare that an 866 number doesn't have a recorded voice at the beginning.
