In Rexall PharmaPlus flyer, Nov 14-20, the Canadian stamps will be 10% off. Limit 3 per customer.

These stamps are permanent stamps cost $0.54 + GST before discount.

Yes, the flyer lists either the 10- or 12-pack of stamps as being 10% off - limit 3 packs.
