I don't know if RFD is the appropiate forum for this ... as this is a discussion site for deals not consumer issues.
Having said that something that can help in leveraging for better bargains is certainly not a bad idea. Then again if a store refuses, even a kit like that wouldn't help much, unless the store is breaking the law and there's legal consequences. RFD isn't an governing body unfortunately._______________

I would never waste my time personally, but that's just me. I find better stuff to do than to fight with employees/managers over a few dollars. If being stressed out and arguing with employees is your way of saving money, by all means. I would much rather worry about important things in life.

for the love of god this is an all time low for cheapness on RFD.
stop for a second and picture yourself carrying around a binder full of SCOP and price matching policies. do you realize how ridiculous that is?

They'll just glance at your pages and say that you changed the wording or made it up before printing it off. Only if you can convince them to look it up on one of their computers with internet access will some stores believe you.
If I was a store manager and had some understanding of a policy (albeit an incorrect understanding), and some random person walks in with a printout showing something else, I would never believe them. Your best recourse is to get their details (manager/worker's name, etc.) and deal with it with head office, who should have a correct understanding of the policy.
