There will be circulating designs and special designs like the Shannon [ Think the rest are figureheads only though.]

My bad there's 4 along with the HMS Shannon. Tecumseh, Isaac Brock, Salaberry and Laura Secord. I am hoping they aren't just figureheads, action scenes or a symbol would be tight.
Circulation and special mint ones likely. Does that raises some eyebrows for purchases? lol.

No harm in buying them. You're paying for the actual value and I buy them with my credit card so I get 1.5% cash back.. lol...

There's the $2 Toonie Shannon..

And the .9999 Silver $10 Shannon.. (mintage of 10k)

Both are firsts in a series..

According to wiki, "1" has no meaning, "7" is both lucky and unlucky number. Go figure

Don't misunderstanding, number "4" does not mean "Bad" in Chinese. 4 also means 4 season, year long,... so It also mean all year get health, get luck, get money... Depend on which number go with "4"
Also, many Chinese Blessing, Wishing Quotes has "4" in it.
Also. Each person no matterwhat what countries, he or she comes from, has some number that they likes. Let's say, he born in the 4th, or April or 1944....and many more reasons to love a particular number.

It's in the link:
Mintage 10000
Composition fine silver (99.99% pure)
Finish proof
Weight (g) 15.87 -> ~1/2 troy oz (conversion is mine)
Certificate serialized
Face value 10 dollars
I passed on this. The subject matter isn't of interest and I'ld rather the spend the money on upcoming Perth Mint issues.

In Brazil it's the criminal code article for embezzlement. If someone calls you a 171, they mean you are not trustworthy. Lucky for you there are not many Brazilian coin buyers around :-)
