Member on other forum just posted this regarding the MC Renewed Silver Dollar:

"Release date is scheduled for October 31st. Theme: Commemorative Royal Visit - Parliament Building. Coin features the 1939 commemorative silver dollar celebrating the royal visit of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth - the first visit to Canada by a reigning monarch."

"Rumour" on other forum is mintage of 4,000.

I’m not sure how the double date would work?

1939-2017 doesn’t make sense to me

Btw
2015 Coin #1 Mintage:2200
2016 Coin #2 Mintage:2500

It doesn't have to make sense to make money. Mintage raised to 4,000 (if correct) wouldn't surprise me.

Guess we'll find out soon.

It is kind of strange that Apmex raised prices on 2017 Swan Silver Coin ( BU ) to USD$116.

Current Ebay sold prices are around USD$60.

I noticed this last night, but thought it was a mistake. Still listed for the same price. Very puzzling.

Nice to see someone other than the Queen on the obverse. Anyone buying 2 or more for family members? lol

Not a flipping coin with that mintage, but probably will hold better than most RCM releases.

I used to use flickr but now switch to postimage
https://postimages.org

First choose image resolution 640 x 480 then choose hotlink for forums, copy link then paste to RFD.

Not that hard.
