If anybody is interested in the Carousel coin, I am selling for $900 FIRM. Absolutely mint condition with all original paperwork/boxes.
Local meet anywhere near Toronto/Markham/Richmond Hill only.

Bonus: My carousel doesn't seem to spin when using the magnet so it's a defect.
I dont think the defect is a bonus in this case- just return it for a working one

Re: 2018 Royal Life Series

I've seen enough of the Queen on our coinage. The three coin set is nicely done, but I wouldn't want to spend money on a set of UHR coins of the Queen's head.

Nothing personal, of course. I'd like to see RCM use this antique UHR technology on something new.

Did not even know the Coin Show was on. It was always on the first Wednesday of the month.
Have a nice day!

I just happened to check the schedule, and was surprised to see it airing today. Managed to buy a few Astronomical Meteorite coins before they sold out.

Dropping my price to $850 FIRM or $800 FIRM if you buy a quantity of three 'Library of Parliament' MC Exclusive coins @ original MSRP from me (these coins sell for a premium now).

Just wondering where you bought this defective Carousel Coin. I assume they won't let you return it.

I know of no dealer that do not allow returns. Every dealer you can think of allows returns, especially defects - RCM, CC&C, Gatewest, TCS, TSC. Even eBay. The only reason maybe it is beyond some return period, like 14 days, when you discover the defect after the return period, then you can't return it.

As for the buyer, who in the right mind will pay $900 or $800 or anything remotely close to issue price for something defective. It is like a phone, a car, tv, would you pay full price for something that does not work. I doubt you can find anyone that will even pay 50% of issue for it.
Have a nice day!

That's why I was wondering where he got it. RCM has the best policy for returns, allowing one year for defective coins.
