I tried coinbase too. It would only let me use a credit card with a max of $250. And they're holding it for 72 hrs until they process it :/
Mine got processed right away.
Is LTC alright for transferring or just use ETH.

Depends what you want to buy. make sure the exchange your transferring to allows you to buy XYZ coin with litecoin. Most exchanges only allow purchases of Alt coins with BTC and ETH. You don't want to have to convert your coin and pays fees twice.

Have you tried Cryptoasylum?
They are a Canadian retailer.
So you know you aren't getting dinged for duty and taxes once it gets to you at the door.
Plus being brand new in shrink wrap, it was not tampered with to have your crypto you load on their possibly stolen.

you can try kijiji or craigslist

just make sure the box is sealed and when open it- you should have to program the key.... best thing is probably to just wait until ledger nano ships it out and keep your funds on a paper wallet i the meantime if you're worried about leaving it on an exchange or an electronic wallet.

Now you get to wait to be able to put funds into Quad.

How long does does it take to be able to put funds into QUAD? I'm waiting for verification and thought once done I could just send a wife transfer immediately.

Crypto20 would be the only Canadian friendly one currently, potentially bitwiseinvestments if you're looking for forkout $10k USD+
I have some BCH on COINBASE. Can I use that to send to HitBTC and then exchange for C20 when it opens on the 22nd? Or does it need to be ETH? If so, what's the best way to convert my BCH to ETH?

Doesn't coinbase charge it as cash advance? Watch out this is really high costs on credit card.

Make sure box is sealed? LOL
Wtf

But, apparently, Nano S has a hash which it checks online at time of use to make sure it's genuine and they brag about it online. So, maybe you don't have to worry about so long as it does activate online as a genuine product <<< mfg quotes, not mine.

Any 2 month old baby can mow seal a box or even change a motherboard inside a Nano S.
