Any suggestions on where to buy quality Chinese carbon wheels? Ideally the more budget friendly the better (<$600).

Thanks.

Got my wheels there 3 years ago. I race my bike, do fondos and club rides. Wheels are still true and holding up just fine. Highly recommend.

I've got a Kurt Kinetic trainer and I am looking for a bike to use with it. I would ideally like a hybrid bike and I found one with a 700c x 38 tires.

All of the trainer tires I can find online are 700x23, 700x25, 700x32 etc. None of them are 700x38.

Question 1

Will a 700 series tire fit a bike that has a 700c rim?

Question 2

Will I need a different rim to fit a 700x32 (or smaller) tire or is can a different sized tire fit on the stock rim?

mine were more like $900 but, $600 may be possible with cheaper hubs. Mine were DT Swiss 350.

I bought road wheels this year from Yishun Bike.

I previously bought 29+ wheels from XM Carbonspeed.

Both sets have been exactly as promised and no issues whatsoever

The tires you listed will fit fine on your rim. Get the 32 size. There is no such thing as a 700c rim and 700 rim, they are the same thing

Did you actually try to use that and got anything but optometrists? Because I did not.
You're right, sorry. I saw the option for cycling but i get the same results.

I can't recall ever having seen Bolle bike helmets anywhere, I didn't even know they made bike helmets TBH. I know they make ski helmets

I saw bolle helmets at wheels of bloor last year. Not sure if they still stock it. They may be able to order it in if you have your heart set on a bolle helmet though. Im in the market for a new lid as well. The new giro aether and the kask valegro have my interest.

Anyone else feel burned out? My fitness has quickly caught up and I don't get that high anymore that made me want to ride. I used to be exhausted and jello legs after a 30k ride and now I need to keep pushing longer and longer distances which is frankly becoming a bit ridiculous and time consuming.

That's how fitness works. You'll need to ride longer or ride the same route faster and repeat. If time is a factor try doing some hills. Find some long or steep hills and see how many times you can ride up it or how fast you can climb up. Have fun!
Up votes, down votes, they're all votes for me! I thank you!

lol.

If you're getting fit, then you just gotta push harder and hit some hills. Get a strava account to challenge yourself. Cycling is still a lot more enjoyable for me than, say, jogging. But people who want to say in shape usually mix it up with different activities to keep on top of it and keep it interesting

Where should I buy wheels from? I don't want Chinese wheels. I want something that looks good. Budget is ~$1000. Anything?
