RFD Deal of the Day has charged my CC but I have no further email about my deal

RFD Deal of the Day has charged my CC but I have no further email about my deal

Hey so I decided to do a Deal of the Day on this site. Did this one:

I got the first email which said:

Hi ahbitheman,

"Bravo! you just purchased $19 for $40 of Authentic Tasty Fare at Pi-Tom’s Thai Cuisine from Pi-Tom's Thai Cuisine. Your transaction has been processed, however, your credit card will not be charged until the deal closes.

Your offer request ID is---------.

Watch for an email to land in your inbox soon with further details!"


Now I see that my CC has been charged but no further email yet? I'd really like to go to this restaurant tonight...how long do these deals take? Help?

Hi there,

Have you checked your junk mail folder? Your voucher should be sent to your email the morning after the deal closes.

If its not in your junk mail folder, try logging into your Deals of the Day account and see if your vouchers are ready (-> My Account -> My Purchases): https://dealoftheday.redflagdeals.com/login

If its not there either, then contact DotD Support at: help@dotd.redflagdeals.com

Still no email in the junk folder but I did find it in My Account --> My Purchases. Thanks! Hope to enjoy my thai dinner soon
