I prefer not to answer the amount, but this would have been my first order with them.
Either way, I have found another place to purchase from and the staff there are a lot friendlier. Made a big purchase with them last week and told them what I was still looking for and they mailed me back this morning when they got it in stock. I guess first impressions matter, will likely deal with this dealer from now.
As a business person, I understand that it may be frustrating when customers try to negotiate, but that's part of the process. I was just unhappy with the angry - all cap - reply I got. A more professional "Sorry, our prices are firm" would have done. They lost a potential customer.
