There are lots of different companies pouring bars. http://yeagerspouredsilver.com/ https://www.shinybars.com/ http://www.beaverbullion.com/ http://www.bisonbullion.com/ There is also Scottsdale, Atlantis etc.
Some of those are a little out there. They are not bars, they are like art. They are like strong tasting cheeses and it takes time to develop such an acquired taste. I do like the bison bullion ones though. Some of them are solid.

Is MK barz another name for one of these?

Sure, some of them have artistic type silver, however, I believe most of the ones I listed do offer rectangular poured bars.

I prefer the normal hand poured bars as well. I like the cooling lines on hand poured bars. I also think I will eventually like the artistic ones though

Anyone have a regular 2017 maple and want to trade for an oz of something else? Has to be tonight (want it for a gift), preferably in the brampton area.

I have a few of the different kind of privies or any other oz of silver gbs I've done in the past!

Did you find any place cheaper than BullionPeople for silver maples?
A-preciousmetals but I don't know if they are good or no. I use to buy from TBP or SGB

Hello, I'm new to investing / collecting PM. I made a purchase on SGB today and excited to receive my order. I'm curious how people typically verify authenticity? How common are counterfeits? I am pretty confident since I'm ordering from SGB, and from what I've read here, they are legit. I'm more nervous about buying off eBay, etc.

Thanks!

Congratulations on your purchase! You typically do not have to worry about authenticity when purchasing from a reputable dealer. I would suggest that you avoid purchasing from Ebay, Kijiji, Craigslist etc. until you acquire more experience. Keep in mind that if something seems to good to be true, it usually is.

As you become more familiar with the various coins, rounds, and bars, you can measure them, weigh them, and scan them to check if they are legit.
