Cheap will be tough.. cheapest might be to make your own (seriously).
Audio shops will have them, but won't be cheap.

Ring Terminals
I need a bunch of these (cheapest possibly). 0 gauge and 4 gauge ring terminals for use on audio wires. Locally I called Home depot, RONA, Walmart, CDN tire, and they all dont have it.
Does anyone have access to these terminals? I need maybe like close to 20, 4ga and 4, 0ga.
Cheap too well in price.

I think if you work in something like in audio, electrical, mechanical areas you would probably know what these are.
I am surprised Home Depot doesnt sell these. THey only have small gauge wire versions.
If anyone can find some lying around and doesnt need them, I would be happy to take it
