I'll post again. My Ring doorbell and stick up cameras never connect to live view when I want to.

Ring support tried everything, I have fast Rogers speed, Orbi router and even when cameras are 5 feet away.

What's so bad about Ring V1 compared to the more recent models?
Battery vs hardwired.
Good luck with our cold winter.

Amazon is offering small ring doorbell for 30% Off.
Ring Pro is still holding its price apparently but expected to come down soon.

Moderators : I tried searching if anyone has posted this earlier but did't came up with any results. If a deal was already posted please merge the thread

The V1 worked fine for me all winter... Charged it every month or so.

Not everyone has a hard wire doorbell, which makes this one of the best options.

I was upgraded to the v2 by Ring when my v1 crapped out. Nothing really noticeable to me.

$99 USD is the new regular msrp, so I'm assuming this is probably the CAD new msrp?

Because they didn't have any V1s to send customers, amazon is just trying to clear the dead stock no one wants.
This is the first MSRP reduction after amazon acquisition (yup from $180 to $100 USD) so it wont be moving much past $125 in Canada now, wait for v2 to get discounted as well ;)
$60~$75 clearout/price errors deals from few months back is more like it, RFDers don't pay MSRP :)

My doorbell transformer died and my Ring V1 battery isn't holding a charge :( How old was yours when the V1 crapped out?

In my time machine I got it for $65 when it was being cleared out by HD, got the Chime Pro. Mine is hardwired.
