Read your corsair warranty contract. It clearly says that you have to pay the shipping and that you are subject to custom fees/taxes and duties.
How do i know ? I read it when i wanted to rma my psu. Did not return it since i was ending paying the psu in shipping and fees. Thats ****ing ********.

RMA Shipping
Going to RMA a SSD to Corsair and unfortunately they don't have any depots in Canada. Since the SSD weighs next to nothing and is compact what is the best way of shipping it back? I was thinking of throwing it into a protective shipping envelope and sending it back. Also which courier should I use which has a tracking number and insurance together which provides the cheapest rates. Once the RMA is received and processed and sent back, do I have to pay taxes and duties on it?

Thanks for the heads up on this one. I guess it will be tossed in the garbage or given to someone who really wants to spend the trouble considering the shipping will be around $20, taxes and duties on a $150 part minus $100 (going to sell it to someone) and the profit is marginal at best.
