This speaker sells for almost 80$ on Amazon.com. Seems to also work as a speakerphone. Get's decent reviews on Amazon and Futureshop.

You can find it for 20 instore at Indigo or Coles. Maybe PM Future shop. The HMDX is a good speaker. Long thread here.

I don't like the fact that the D80 needs to be plugged in but agree it probably sounds better. I have the D200 and that one sounds great. Rocked my house party New Years eve.

Really doubt that. The HMDX jam is a single speaker, meaning no stereo sound. It only lasts 4 hours vs 10 hours rocketfish. And it cant double as a speaker phone.

I bought this speaker and returned it. Posted this thread based upon the price and some reviews on Amazon. The previous poster is correct. The HMDX Jam is a better sounding speaker.

This Rocketfish speaker can't handle any bass.

Do not recommend.

i just bought it and its not bad. bass is good. however the monster clarityhd that was on sale for $59 on boxing week is much better (less bass then this rocketfish though). for $20 more i will keep the monster and return this. then time to compare to hmdx
