Actually to add more details to it the GRRF and System Access Fees are no more. There's a big cat fight going on about those and so you'll notice they aren't on any of the current plans on sale

Yeah, the "GRRF" is no more. Did you notice: all plans went up in price? Same thing happened when they dropped the $6.95 SAF in favour of the GRRF - all plans went up $5.

You'd be silly to think Rogers just stopped charging GRRF - they up the price, and cut off the GRRF. You're still paying the same amount, just you don't see it as an "add-on" to the bill and thus feel more "comfortable" with your bill.

6GB is very good for windows phones as they sync all facebook albums in real time over LTE .. with lumia 900 i get about 4GB use a month including LTE Tethering to my Playbook on the road

Must be a pain for your friends to have to reply to your actual phone # but receive text from your GV #.

I'm assuming your GV # is US-based so it would cost money to reply directly to your messages... please let me know if otherwise.

Just cause some have great and amazing hustled deals with retention doesn't mean this is cold....I applaud you for getting all this for 40/50$ after hours and years of bargaining.

I'm thinking this plan + 10$ plan credit + free vmail and caller id makes it 50$ + tax. That's pretty hot....

Thanks BenK for your valid points, and yes I have overcome that pain using WhatsApp. Almost all my contacts have data, so no issue going that route. If not, I simply use my 100 msgs., but that's rare. So it remains free for my friends!
