This is a great deal! So $119 pre-tax, and HBO alone is $20 per month.

Home Phone (local) + Gigabit internet + Premiere (including HBO and TMN for $135.44 taxes inc.

I am very pleased with this offer as my all in cost on Dec 30th was around $175. It is to be noted that I am an existing customer in the middle of my term and own my PVRs so there is no cost in the offer for them.

Seems like I was fortunate my offer on Dec 30th was not applied.

desaib wrote: Just heard of a new deal from Rogers for people living in apartment's ($40 plan includes 500mbps and a home phone)

I believe this plan is only for selected apartment / Condo buildings with postal code enforced fiber zone
Contact Chandan 647-949-5391

Unfortunately, most people won't be eligible for this but worth a try.

I going to move my service from $65 100mbps to $60 150mbps. Lets see if retention can offer it.
I contacted Chandan and was able to get a great deal on the weekend IMO.

$64.98 + tax for Rogers Ignite 500 - unlimited, Gigabit Wifi Modem
Cable TV + Nextbox HD Rental
Home Phone (Essentials Plan)

Activation fee waived, Installation fees waived, all discounts are good for 2 years, no contract, and to top it off a $150 bill credit.

I assume it's over. It's not even mentioned on their website anymore. Just shows gigabit internet regular price. Only "deal" they are currently showing is $79.99 for 150u.

Deal is still live. I did online chat. Asked for a upgrade to 74.99 gigabit. Waited about 30 min and they replied yes. Tomorrow I go get the new modem. Super easy.thanks ☺

I was paying 79.99 for 250up before so this is a mass speed boost for 5 bucks less

Just got this deal through facebook chat (straight up asked for 75$ gigabit plan and was offered with no issues). Will pick up the new modem in a day or two. Located in downtown Toronto area.
I was on 100u prior and the promotional price (60$/month) ended earlier this month hence was looking for other options.

When does it the increase become effective?

$8 rate increase affects this deal ... this is more than a 10% increase on the $74.99 advertised price
I'd rather be outdoors camping, kayaking, and mountain biking ...
