I'm actually looking forward to the BB10. Thought this may help some individuals. I already got the Optimus G and enjoying the Android for the moment.

Ah ok, I see it now.

I've seen a few of these EI deals but what exactly do you do?

Buy the phone with plan, when you receive it cancel it. In the end you would end up paying for activation, one month of service and the EI that costs $100?

Edit: What happens if they won't let you or they say the EI is $400. Can you cancel and get all of your money back including the activation fee?

When you say it like that the deal isn't so good haha. I've seen tons of people selling BB 9900's on kijiji for that price or you could haggle there. Granted they might not be brand new like this but I don't know if it's worth the hassle to get the phone through Rogers this way.

And that's it? $240, free BB unlock with that site, then use on Mobilicity/Wind?

9900 is a great phone, but I'm wondering what the price will be closer to BB10. These BB7 phones are going obsolete so clearance prices will be something to watch.
