Hahhaa....
So I guess you never ended up getting an email then?

So got my winback and called in.
Best offer I received was:

Premier TV
Gigabit u
HBO/Crave for 12m
Only savings guaranteed
1 Nextbox PVR
~$125/m taxes in.

I could downgrade to 300u for -11.30/m taxes in
I could downgrade to Popular for -11.30/m taxes in
~$8 extra to upgrade the box to 4K.
Only 1 box discount of ~ 20. So multiple boxes was extra.

So popular/300u with nextbox and hbo/crave for 12m would be ~102/m taxes in.
Each step up on either internet (only 300u and gb) or cable would be an extra ~11.30.
a 4k box and nextbox would be an extra ~$28/m.

No mention of ignite at all.

I put in a cancellation notice for my internet about a week ago and still have not got a call or email. My service will expire one week today.
If I call the winback number listed about, won`t they know that they haven`t contacted me?
Will they ask any questions other than my account number and name/address?

Is there a wireless pvr for Rogers like Bell? I am currently with Bell but some credits for a year will end this month so I might go back to Rogers

I put a cancellation 3 weeks before end of contract last year and got calls only months later after I switched to Bell. Others got calls days later after they put a cancellation

Contract was coming to an end. Talked to a CSR who offered me:

- Popular TV
- Gigabit unlimited
- Extra HD box alongside a Nextbox.

$100 taxes in. I took it.

They were willing to do Premier instead of Popular for an extra $25-30. I didn't need the extra channels.

Idontdomornings wrote: My TV service promo expires May 15, I had Premier + Premier Specialty Pack + 1 extra channel (Leafs TV), was paying $69.99 w/ a free NextBox

Just called and ask for new promo, the "Best" offer is $107. They jerk up the price 50% and called it a "best offer"

I put in cancellation order for May 15 ....... see if I get call back from them.
Just called 1-866-600-9112
Offered me the same Premier package, with $30 discount for 12 months, brings it down to $70.99, so a $10 increase from the last promo. Also let me keep the NextBox, off rental, no charge.
Took the offer!
Since I'm not with them for internet service, she offered me Premier Package + 300u for $99 / month + tax
I'm paying the same $30 for my Virgin Home Internet50. Happy with Virgin, but is it worth the switch? Neutral Face

Thank you for the win back number!!

The wireless ones are the Ignite TV setboxes.

Is Rogers Ignite TV reliable? I can get a better deal with Ignite than with cable

With Ignite, recordings will be stored for a maximum of 1 year or until you've reached your 200 hour limit at which time oldest recordings are deleted first.

That's a non-starter for some considering the switch when a NextBox 3.0 or 4K PVR will hold the same.

But how is the reliability of the service?
