I just called 1-888-ROGERS-1

Then went to the cancellation option

Just picked up my modem and set everything up...working nicely!

Thanks! Worked like a charm! I got a ref# and verified on my account I have Extreme + 80GB showing.
I now have 122GB free remaining until the reset tomorrow. :)

Just got this promo for the parents.
Initially I called some internal line with a # earlier in the thread and the rep wasn't able to add it without also signing me up for RHP.
Got put thru to retentions and the guy added it quite easily, no hassle at all.
W45 is the code as previously stated.

Called in at 9:55 switched my plan without a problem with free modem rental. Much easier time then I had switching my home phone to the $14.99 plan which took 4 tries to get a rep to switch my existing plan.
