Last ditch effort to add it today, apparently this offer expires today, and can be only added by the "inside sales team" or "back office", according to customer relations.

Since they *****ed up my promo, a case for me was sent to this group of people to have it added. I am to expect a call from them later today, but we'll see about that... otherwise it's just 48.99 + tax with 140GB for me.

Edit: Called in AGAIN, and managed to get a sales representative to add this on for me. Got the confirmation, shows 84.99 - 39.99 now. All is well. Because technically I am an existing customer, you should be able to add it; only thing is the rep said she had to ask the supervisor for an override or something to add it on

Just called a local rogers advisor, and is able to get this. Sometimes those piece of paper inserted in your home could be useful. :)

What number did you call? Would it work for existing customers?

No, I am not right now with Rogers. I have send the number to you via PM, but that may have location restriction.

W35 is Express internet (25Mbps down/2Mbps up) with 80GB bandwidth for $35. Add $10 and you get unlimited bandwidth.

But you have to have other rogers service to be qualified for $10 unlimited add-on, right?

Yes, I believe you need cable, internet and home phone to qualify for the $10 unlimited bandwidth. Or else it's $30 for the unlimited add-on.

You'll have to call retention to find out but if you're in a contract, then there's probably some sort of early cancellation fee, unless that can be waived by retention.

It was excruciating, but I finally got it. I managed to get it through retention 5 minutes ago. This promo is supposed to be for new customers only and does expire today (unless someone decides to extend it tomorrow). It was apparently available to existing customers early on but that only lasted for a short period of time and has since expired. The retention person I spoke to was kind enough to check into everything and give all the details to me. Apparently, she had to get special permission to offer it to me. Lol, I feel so special right now. For new customers, it is as easy as getting connected to the inside sales team. For those still trying, don't give up, keep calling until you connect with a good rep.

I called rentensions to see if this was still offered. She was able to offer me the W35 + unltd usage for $45 + tax but the only catch was that I needed to have Cable + Home Phone + Internet to get the unltd usage added for $10 a month. Otherwise the unlimited bandwidth option was $30/month. Didn't make sense for me to switch over from Teksavvy to have to pay $45 + Tax + $9.99 for a dummy line in order for me to be eligible for the promotion.
