Rogers Hardware Upgrade after 1 Year?

My account says I'm eligible for a hardware upgrade in 2 days.

Can anyone tell me exactly what this means and what type of discount I'm looking at.

are you talking about rogers wireless? if yes, i think this means you can upgrade your cell phone if you wanted to...they give you a discount...i was told by rogers rep that it depends on how much you've spent on your account, so YMMV
