I have been Rogers customer for about 4 years and I am currently using Rogers Lite as my internet. However, I saw promotions saying free xbox 360 for the new customers. So I am hoping to upgrade to Express since my Lite is pretty slow. Is there any benefits/promotions for existing Rogers customers?
