Rogers to offer unlimited data plans for $75 BYOD. 10GB cap, then slower speeds afterwards. Warm if you're heavy data user..

As per article, seems like phone financing will come soon after for these plans.

I read somewhere they said even during throttling you could stream videos... lol how do you stream videos at that speed ? In 240p maybe... Either way I think it's a step in the right direction. You can still surf the web at that speed, better than before..

This is slower than Edge, it's barely usable. You're essentially paying a lot in extra to not get charged for going over your monthly limit.

Yeah it's better than charging customers $100 per GB if they accidentally go over.
