Didn't remember when my plan was expiring but know it was early this year. Renewed onto the 1gbps plan, wouldn't have realized unless you posted OP, thanks!

Are people who are getting these offers (whether $30 or $35 or $40 or whatever), are you all on 12 month discounted offers already and so this is a way to get you to stay? And your 12 months is coming to an end? Or is there anyone who got these offers who is currently paying regular price (or at least not heavily discounted)?

What doesn't make sense to me is, why would they offer you a discount for another year? Isn't the whole point of the 12 months discounted to make you forget about your bill, and then your bill goes back up to $90 a month after the 12 months and people are too lazy to switch?
Yes I'm currently on $24.99 promo from last year and it's due to expire on March 15th.

I see the offer on my account. However I had already accepted via chat for $35 with a pending change in March. So talking to chat again to see what they can do.

On a current $25 promo ending March.

Mine expires next month after a year on the 500u @$24.99 ... had last month took an offer of 500u @ $34.99 but just got this deal when I logged in.

Maybe they are doing it this way to avoid hassles from some of us more than others ... or maybe it's some crude social experiment with RFDer's
I'd rather be outdoors camping, kayaking, and mountain biking ...

I'm still on a carry over of the $99 gigabit and viptv from approaching 3yrs ago now. initially was 2yr, then I pulled teeth to get it extended for another year using the 'office of the president' thing.

I expire in April I think. no promos or offers pop up for me. seems like there's going to be another ugly, painful dental extraction attempted soon.

OP gets a thanks anyway :)

I did the online chat and got " Ignite500 for $28.24 after taxes for 12 months". Took about an hour to reach the deal.

Doing the online chat now, just waiting to talk to someone, RFD effect I guess. My current plan is up at the end of the month, paying way too much for 250u, no offer was on my Rogers page. This is going to be an uphill battle

I accepted last week also for $35 (pending March change). Accepted the new promo for $29.98 today.

Just finished my chat session. They had to cancel my future plan change.

Thanks OP. I'm on 500m (house in Ottawa) for $30 expiring near the end of March and have the popup offer for 1G/$35 when logged into my account. If I accept the offer it would start at the end of the current promo in March? Where do you guys see the $3 increase on Mar 1st?
