Masonville area!
Well,I put the address of Masonville mall on Bell Fiber connection availability(just to prove my theory).I saw Bell even offers Fibe 1.5G in your area. That explains everything. In my area, there is none that can be offered by Bell, even Fibe 50!

Do you have other options? Do you have FTTH? if yes, you may try to gamble and you may save few $.
I had it for $25. In order to get an offer from "win back", I had to place a request for cancelation, been waiting for an email. Got offer the same 500u for $40/m. Yes, for me it is $15 more, but I do not have FTTH? Any third party providers probably would not give me 500u for $40.
You may win, but if you have no plan B....
Good luck

Yeah, they installed Bell Fibe outlets in our condos almost a year ago.

Such a joke! I've been with Rogers a long time, earlier this week cancelled home phone and tv so they know I'm serious when I say I'll cancel Smiling Face With Open Mouth
They want $100 for 500u and $96 for 300u. I'm switching to another provider next week.

Rogers cold called me and said my 34.95 gigabit promotion is expiring next month, offered me 45$ a month for gigabit. Took it, I was expecting the price to go up a lot more than that.

yes I am on the same price/plan that is ending next month. When I logged into my rogers account today I was greeted with this image

Edit:
By the way I called to verify that the changes were made for this and the one rep acted very snotty. Telling me there was no service changes made at that price and not only did an offer at that price not exist, but that you can't log into your Rogers account and make service changes like this. Not without talking to a rep. It's just "not possible".

Umm, I just did, didn't I? Obviously not up to date on how things work.

I just hung up instead of dealing with this person and called back. Second service rep indeed saw the $45 work order and is set to go active on March 10th.
I had a month ago accepted a $49.99 offer on the phone that was set to go active on March 21st. So it's a good thing I called because the $45 offer did not overwrite the $50 one and they were still both set up to happen next month.

I'm so confused. On a $19.99 60u plan ending in a few days. I got this because Bell installed Fibe to all of the units in my condo. I call retentions today, and the guy says that my postal code is not coded as a Bell building (when did all the fibe wires and outlets mysteriously get taken out 1 year later Mr. Rogers?) and best he could offer was 75u for $35/month....so annoyed that I will have to go through the whole cancel, winback etc. Route....just give me a decent offer like I had...can I complain somehow that this should be a Bell building, and was in their system, and why did they remove it?

I tried to renew twice recently, one with retention and one with FB Chat with no success. I mentioned about 34.95 gigabit promotion but nobody budged in. Today I logged into my account and unexpectedly I got a $29.99 gigabit offer for a year in my account. I'm so happy and accepted it right away with effortless. Until next year :-)

Im current on the 500u for $24.99 a month plan which was expiring on April 1st, 2019. I just logged into my Rogers account and the 1gbps for $29.98 renewal offer popped up for me, but I dont really need the 1gbps speed. I opened a live chat session and asked them to extend my 500u for $24.99 plan and without any hassle the live chat operator extended it for me until April 1st, 2020!. I live in London Ontario in a house in the south/west for anyone wondering. GOOD LUCK to the rest of you.
