Sorry I have no info on Rogers, but for what it's worth I'm on Cogeco, and general web surfing has been noticeably slower over the past 4 to 8 weeks (not just at the obviously busy times but all the time.)

I'm not hitting the 1055kb/s I used to
I'm getting around 500 kb/s max for download._______________

Downtown with Rogers. It has been a little slow lately. COD4 seems to lag alot for me. Damn you, Teddy, damn you.
