Rogers, Telus, Bell which is better to work for?

As I’m looking for another job. I though I should ask for feedback on each company.

I’ll use customer service agent as a position to discuss.

1. Pay grade. Basically is there pay for the position competitive.

2. Benefits. Do there benefits offer great value? Such as medial vision and dental? Discounts on services?

3. Career growth. Are they willing to invest in the person to move up in the company? Paid education?

For me those are the things I look
For in a company. Feel free to add any other information.

Thank you.

Customer service is a dead end, in almost any industry. The only reason why someone would move up is because of a radical change in career strategy (IE, moving out or putting significant effort into moving laterally).

Depends on what you're doing for work. My wife just got hired at Telus, pay was higher order went Telus, Rogers, Bell pay wise no idea about atmosphere yet.

I chose telus. Scarb location. So far seems better than any other company I’ve worked for.

I've worked for all three but it's really dependent on the job.
