Great deal OP. What are the downsides to getting your account flagged?

Nothin. My feeling it's used as a sweetener to close a deal for other products like bundles, combo's, other promotional terms coming due, etc. If the customer is not sure but the rep notices they have a cell plan 10/60, they say hey... I will give you 3GB bonus to close the deal type thing.

How do you add a product code?
Contact Robbers mobile customer service. Give them the code. Updates immediately on MyRogers. Done!

I have the $60/10gb plan from December and prior to that I was on a plan from my previous employer. From my discussion with the customer service rep, there was an issue in applying the promo code to my account due to how my account was transitioned from the employer plan to the $60/10gb plan.

Didn't want to press too hard for them to correct the issue because I rarely go over the current 10 gb limit.

Good luck to those that call in!

I want to know this as well. Anything for the Fido-side of things?

It worked!! Thanks OP!

The rep wasnt too sure about this at first (even I gave her the product code). She told me she does not have the authority to give me bonus. I told her that it is a loyalty bonus and she went to check with maybe her supervisor? She added the bonus to my account few mins later.

I am always leery of these offerings out of the blue, like the WIN BACK promo, some had thought that when your 2 year agreement with them is over, you have to go to the regular price for that inmarket plan, which for the 10 GB is apparently $105, or something. I can't confirm, but always doubt there is no hook...
The first rule of RFD is, you do not talk about RFD.

Hmmm. So I ported to Rogers for the $60/10GB from Fido. What are the chances I get this loyalty bonus?
