So both my wife and I qualify for 30% off corporate plans.

Right now we are both under one plan, and she is the secondary and we share the 7GB, but the second line cost for her BYOD is $45 - 10% discount = $40.96 + tax, so I'm thinking it would just make more sense if she was on her own 7GB plan for only $2.50 more a month.

U less I'm missing out on more discounts on her line, but Rogers refused to do $10 off for secondary line, I thought it would be $35 but it was $45.

Advice please, my wife doesn't use that much data.
I'ts correct to say that the corp discount is only applicable on the main line. It's up to you, but, for only $2,50 more I'd do it... only $2,50 for double the data (3.5 Gb more) even if she doesn't use that much data you will be both safe to not use more than allowed

Hi, no I understand the corporate discount is Only on main line , it's the 2nd line discount, they will only apply a $5 discount on my 2nd line BYOD on share everything , so the 2nd line comes out to $40, I thought the 2nd line discount was $10.

It seems that there is a promo going on... Add more devices You can add up to 9 devices to your Share Everything or Share Everything+ plan. For a limited time, add a line and get 1GB of bonus shareable data (up to 3 additional lines) for 24 months.6 Plus, save $10/month when you activate a Premium+, Premium, or Smart Tab additional line 8 and save $20/mo. when you activate a No Tab additional line7.

Bell seems to have updated their plans to offer 8GB for $60 and 12GB for $70... BYOP. So cross our fingers and hope Rogers matches! It would be better than the 10GB for $70 that existed many months ago. Keep an eye out on their website.
I just found that (edit: Rogers) they have a promo going on with their 6Gb plan... 2Gb extra for $70/month no tab BYOP less corp discount this could be interesting for some... 8Gb ==> $70 -30% = $49

Anyone have success signing up for an Ontario mailing/billing address with Quebec phone number with this plan over the phone or in store? I'm eligible for 30% corp discount so I'm interested.

I signed up with an Ontario BYOD plan and then changed the address online and got the online chat to change it to a Quebec number and Quebec plan. Once you have the token you can give it to them or fill out this form https://secure.rogersdirect.ca/acctmigration/ and Rogers will call you and verify your employment.

First, do the math.. what's the best for you... your wife on your own account with her 30% corp discount or the -$20 promo... you have no tab? maybe you can try retention...

I tried that and they refused. I closed the line and reopened it under a different number. Please note that the credit is not valid on the first bill cycle. And there is a 20$ connection fee.
