They put this deal back on. They also have another promo, 12Gb (10 Gb + 2Gb bonus) for $85,

Nice. The 12GB plan is interesting for $85.

I'm currently on the 10GB Canada-wide calling plan for the former price of $70 + 3GB Data-only $15 plan with Fido on a 2nd sim card that I use in my Dual-sim phone (One Plus 2). But I need to change my phone soon (battery performance is an issue right now).

I am currently getting a combined 13GB over 2 plans (2 sims) for the same price as this, but this means that I need to purchase a new phone with the capability of supporting 2 sims. I'm now really considering getting this and cancelling my Fido 3GB service especially since as a Government employee, I'd get the 30% off on the total $85 (making it $59.50) instead of what I pay $70 Rogers - 30% = $49 + $15 Fido = $64.. That way, I can upgrade to any phone (whether dual or single supported sim).

The only issue that would remain, is that I would have to give up my 613-Ottawa number that I have had for almost a decade. :(

Is it still possible to get the 10gb for 70$ deal in QC? Now I have the 57$ 7gb Quebec UNLMTD -30% corp deal which comes to 39$. I'd love to have the 10gb for an extra 10$!

No. It was available between Feb and April of this year but has since returned to its regular $85 price and hasn't returned to $70 since.

Those prices are for BYOD only, so if you are in need of a new phone, and don't want to lose your 613 number over that, maybe you'd be better to buy a 2 sim phone on the net... then you won't lose your excellent setup, and your 613 number... you have 13 Gb for $4,50 more... $4,50 for 1Gb is not that bad

I just called Rogers, and they told that for me the $85 12Gb plan turns to be $90 for me?? I'll call back tomorrow to speak to another rep... I know that the business dept is closed during the weekends... For now, it costs me $125 all included for 4 lines, (1st line have the 30% corp, and the 3 others have the 10% Desjardins discount) and we share 7Gb between 3 of those lines, as my wife does not need data so I am not sur it is a good idea to change my data plan

I realize its BYOD. For the last 7 years, I have always purchased my phones outright either directly from the carrier or through the manufacturer (such as Oneplus). I plan to continue to purchase my phones outright as well (as a value the freedom to jump between plans/carriers more than a discount off of hardware), but with my setup, I'm stuck to making sure that next phone is dual-sim compatible.

On average I use between 10-12GB/month, so this new 12GB plan would be perfect. But just as we both mentioned, I would be subject to losing my 613-Ottawa number :( . So I'm just thinking about it at this point, not really jumping into making that decision right away.

Maybe they thought you were going on one of the tab options or they had the tab option accidentally selected when chatting with you.

Sharing 7GB between 4 lines is rough. I dunno how your family does it. As mentioned I use over 10GB alone lol.

well we share 7Gb between 3, so roughly 2.3 Gb each per month! Far from the 10 - 12 Gb you need! But these days there is WiFi almost everywhere... My kids have WiFi at work, I do as well so this only saves a lot of Gb from our plan
