Are people just trying to scare people. How many of you guys with corp 350 have had a price increase? I havent recieved any letter, or an increase. Still at $56 (50 plus tax) for me. (knock on wood).
Only one of my CORP350 accounts was given the letter.
I think it's a gradual changeover, not everyone at once. Still cheaper than anywhere else for 6GB unless you pull a Saskatchewan.

The one account that was given a letter, was that close to end of contract or out of contract?
I have yet to receive a letter but my 3 years contract end next year in November.

Same as Cheezewhiz, the account that expired Sept 2015 (yes, last year) got the letter. The unaffected one expired this past April, maybe that has something to do with when.

You will, sooner or later, depends on when your contract expires.
One of my family members' account expires Feb, 2016 and e-mail of fee raise 6 months after.

Just like to jot in updates to my plan in this thread:

Lost my $10 credit this month on my retention plan (Quebec):

$65 BYOD with 10GB data > now $75

Spoke to one rep and they said they can't reapply a credit because my plan is a year old... So warning to anyone that gets told to call and reapply a credit, it's very hit or miss.

New plan they offered me:

$95 Premium Tab with 10GB data ($110 with $15 credit for 1 year)
iPhone 7 Plus 128GB @ $679

Pretty much the same price as buying the phone outright and keeping the plan I have...

I currently have a 12GB Canada-wide Plan ... shared among 4 lines with a fifth being a straight talk & text (no data).

Paying $214+taxes ...

Contracts: 2 until March 2017 (a SmartTab and a Talk&Text), 1 until June 2017 (Premium), 1 until October 2017 (Premium), 1 until November 2017 (Premium).
Data Usage: average per month is about 4GB ... used to be 10GB a month
Voice Usage: no need for Canada-wide

Don't think there's anything better right??

The SmartTab and Talk&Text lines will be leaving once the contract is done.

Hardware Upgrades? FORGET IT! No more contracts! Buy own phone now (the Canadian providers have crappy selection of phones)
Stress is caused by NOT fishing enough.

Strange. We didn't see any letter about our Corp350 expiring. We got a shock when we saw our October billing where both our phones went up to $59.00 a month.
I remember asking the rep at the time that the billing would remain at the same rate after the contract expiring. That's Rogers for you.

The three previous invoices never indicated any expiration of the discount?? That's odd ... unless your employer cut ties with Rogers ... when and if that occurs, there will be NO notification because it was not Rogers decision to remove the discount ...

That applies the same way with respect to residential services that a condo complex signed with any provider. They do not give ANY heads up. If the condo management decides to terminate a cable/internet deal with a provider, they terminate. The provider does not need to give any heads up.

Friend of mine just got a wicked deal with Rogers Quebec...

Paid $170 for a 64GB iPhone 7 on 2 year contract (keep phone after 2 years)

His monthly plan is $60/month ($87 less government employee discount).

There is no 64GB model, so is it 32GB or 128GB?

This seems to be a corporate deal but even for corporate deal it's pretty hot since most standard corporate deals are 30% off the in-market ShareEverything plans. What type of government does your friend work for in Quebec?

Looks like his phone is actually an iPhone 6S Plus.

He works for the federal government.

I just got exact the same 7Gb share everything plan as the above. With 30% corporate discount applied, I pay $58 after tax per month with a free LG G5 as hardware upgrade.
