Hi, i have corporation account and get 30% off on the plan. But they only allow me to pick the plan/phone from the internet that is regular price.
Anybody have luck to get something better? I see people can get iphone 8 for free and $76 for 10G plan. It look better than get the regular plan for 30% off.

Got $60/5GB each for 2 devices today for one device I already own and paid off a small tab on the other. Called with the potential intent to cancel. I don't go through that much data, so 5GB was fine.

The good deal was $60/10GB BYOD, right? I'd never go through 5GB, so this is a fair bit better than I was paying on the older plan. If something better comes along, I'll switch it again.

I wanted to know how good of an offer this is:

Iphone X 256gb - $0
Premium Plus plan - $95/10gb

Im on the $60/10Gb plan now. Its 67 taxes in and the the new plan with the phone would be 107 taxes in. So for another $40 for 24 months I can get the iphone X.

$960 for the X doesnt seem like a bad deal?
Any thoughts?

Went through retentions today and took this deal:
FREE Galaxy S9. Premium + Tab - 5GB data, unlimted nationwide everything = $67.50 for the first year, $90.00 for the 2nd year (78.75 month average over 2 years).

So while it's not $60 for 10 GB, or even $60 for 5GB, I'm happy with a free S9. If you subtract the $42.50/month that goes to the device, its $25/month for the first year, and $47.50/ month for the 2nd year (or $36.25/month for 5GB talk&text).

Man Rogers just stopped caring eh. They don't even want to keep me on a customer who has been with them for over 10+ years. Looks like once my flex tab is paid off next month I will be moving on somewhere else

Pfft.. I was with them for 18yrs and have three bundled services with them and when they came out with the 10GB plan for $60 they tried to offer me a worse deal than I already because the plan they were offering was for BC and Alberta only, I jumped to Bell and a few days later after everyone had jump ship they then extended the offer to Ontario.... F@#$'em why should I give them the time of day and business if they dont give their most loyal customer a care in the world.

This is the best they were able to offer me today. I was moving from a corporate account. I took a $1 add on for international texting and reduced rate international calling (2 cents to the US). Other choice was $45 for 1 gb with same options. I was told it is month to month since I didn't take a subsidized device. I have time to think and move somewhere else if I want a smaller plan.

Fido when they have the bonus add-ons. They had a $50, 2GB + 2GB bonus, 2 yrs... a month ago. *welp*

Any chance you know the code for that promotion, was it a RET or MIG plan?

I don't. Is there any way I can find out? What is RET and MIG? I'm a noob.

Here's what I know. I talked to CSR who said your plan is great, can't do any better. I said great, how do cancel and port my number to another provider? She transferred me to the Cancellation Team she said. The fella said yes your plan is great, how about $100 off a new device? Again I said just explain to me how I end service with Rogers, do I call back after I call the other provider or can you do it now? He said let me transfer you to Tier 3 support. She came at me right away with this deal, and slight upgrade for my wife's line ( we previously had a share everything plan).

It's basically the 5GB Premium plus plan which on the website says $130. She reduced the price to $90, then gave me an additional 25% off for the first year. Then she said she would give me $250 off the price of the phone, bringing it to $0 down.

My plan going in was to take whatever they offered providing it was half decent because I couldn't stand being on hold again. But I'm actually pretty stoked about the savings as I was going to buy an S9 anyway.

Let me know if I can help more.

Left Rogers almost 2 years ago (For Public Mobile) and a Rogers rep from a 1-888 number called me yesterday offering me 10GB for $55/month. Almost tempted to take that deal.

is it possible to get some kind of deal with rogers as a new customer? Right now I'm with bell, and they never offer anything.
