hey,

quick question is there any retention offers for adding devices. Im interested in buying an Apple watch series 4 with LTE. But would like to add it to my account to share my data (13GB)

Anyone have any idea of options

OOTP was able to add 3GB to my 85$/10Gb/Premium based shared group as well as as my $70/10GB/No tab line. All with the existing 25% off discount.

Rogers does not support the Apple Watch. They have said they want to by the end of 2018, though.

Since Rogers is just starting to carry the Apple Watch, I doubt there will be any offers on the device itself. They've already priced it $40 higher than retail if you get it on Easy Pay or no term. If your 13GB is shareable, then adding the Watch for an additional $10/mo. will give you 1GB more and all 14GB will be shareable. If the 13GB is non-shareable, then the Watch can be added as a standalone plan for $10/mo. and the 1GB will be used solely by the Watch.

That all changed by yesterday's announcement. Apple Watch LTE plans will be available on Monday Sept. 17, and the device can be pre-ordered starting tomorrow (Sept. 14).

Yeah. $52.50+tax for 13GB in Ontario for two years. That's not bad at all.

Also totally missed the Apple Watch news, it's great to hear they're finally on board. Looks like they're giving the first three months free? If so I'll give it a try.

Did it come with a phone? or is it BYOP?

BYOP. I have an iPhone X already. It's $70 plus 25% off. Also for anyone interested, the $10 US roaming package is effected by the 25% off promo. So for anyone with 25% off, it'd only be $7.50.

Not sure about retention offers, but I saw something from a Rogers account on Twitter saying Watch plans will be $10/month and an extra gig of data. So, it sounds like they’ll be treating them like tablets.

This is true. Also shows 3 months free. Remains to be seen if the extra $10 would be 25% off for those with that perk.

Im so over Robbers.
They offered me a plan ($45 2gig plan + 25% off) over the phone which I said I would think about. I called to accept it now and they said that plan is expired and offered me the plan without the additional 25% discount.
I just want to port out.

Worst customer service ever.
