Is there a better deal out there? I think it looks pretty good so I may pull the trigger.
If only it was the s10 plus. I’d do that!

I'm a heavy data user (most months) + on a Share Everything with my wife. The main line is:

Is this the best I can get? I know I'm already getting a 25% off credit, but I want a new phone and supposedly my current plan doesn't allow me to.

She had switched because she was paying more than that for something like 2GB a while back. Her monthly price just increased to $65+tax (from $60+tax). She recently broke her S7 screen and would like to upgrade to the S10e. Given all this, are there cheaper plans with Rogers for wireless? Secondly, is it worth it to get a new phone through Rogers?
She'll get her best deal at the telephone kiosk in Costco

My wife and I were on a share everything plan (with far less data than you actually) and the advisor at office of the President moved us over to no tab no contract plans with more data for each, free iPhone 8 & 8 Plus devices and 25% off each for 2 years. Give it a shot.

I have 4 cell phones (3 are now BYOD and the 4th will be BYOD in about 2 weeks), cable TV, landline and internet. The cable, landline and internet have promo pricing ending on April 19.

Any tips on the best way to negotiate. All pricing to date has been crafted over the years via retentions. I don't have Facebook but is there a 'chat' feature that I can get an 'all in' pricing for my services. I couldn't easily find a Rogers chat function to get new pricing other than the Facebook option.

Believe it or not, I'm not looking for huge data for the phones. Three of the phones share 2.5 gb and we usually leave about 1 gb 'on the table'. The other phone has 2 gb and that account rarely uses more than 1 gb. We're not a big data family.

Thanks

I have BYOP same plan for $63.75.

Others get it for $56. Some ppl get it for even cheaper (QC plan?).

I tried the online chat to see about new pricing. The first level chat agent wasn't very helpful but assured me that Customer Relations would be able to help me. In total I was using chat for about an hour and 10 minutes and the Customer Relations agent basically hung up on me after she typed out 'when contracts expire, the rates remains the same and any add-a-line discount expire. Your price plans are already on no-tab tiered plans, which are the lowest tier plan that we offer.'

I'm waiting for one of those emailed surveys to come to me asking me how my CSR interaction went. Do they ever actually read those?

Any idea on how I should escalate this. Customer relations on the phone, press the 'to cancel' button ? Office of the President?

All of the plans that they offer for going forward are more expensive (any discounts we had go away) and include more data (and therefore more cost) than we need.

As a 20 + year Rogers user I feel like I'm getting the shaft and we either want to keep the phones (or buy from Apple etc).

yea QC plans will require QC address. Plus I would like to keep my current number. I called /chatted with Rogers on Friday and no answer at all both agents were unhelpful. They claimed that the 5$ increase is national wide and there is nothing can be done about it.
The issue is that I have 2 lines, plus internet and security alarm, any extra charges add up. $65 per line , $60 for the Gigabit internet.
