Rustproofing for $69 to $104 = good deal?

Flawless Autoworx in Halifax has a Groupon on offer where Rustproofing is $69 plus some extra charges for Crossovers ($15) or SUVs, vans and trucks ($35).

Is that a good offer? I've never had a car rustproofed.

And: Does it make sense to do that on a 2005 or 2006 Honda CR-V or is that too late anyway?

I'm currently carshopping for a 2005 or 2006 CR-V. So I'd have to pay 69+35=104.

Krown or the other popular company that is also high recommended on this website. These are known good proven rust proofing companies. usually when you see these deals its because the product is not that good.

Either way search for rust proofing on the forum and you will find lost of info about it. But I would stick with krown Rust Proofing oil spray is best, anything else is worthless and can actually make it worse..
also yes any car can benefit from good rust proofing but if you dont do it yearly then it wont help to much to protect your car.
