Was going there to get another for my sister today(got mines on Monday at noon, it was empty), the lineup was pretty huge at 2:30~ or so, decided to get it tomorow during the Orientation.

Yes because you have to show your student card each time. So unless you have a friend who won't need a pass, you can probably get more

Or you can show the Student time table + offer of admisson instead of the One Card, which is what I brought. My sister is sick, so she couldn't come downtown.

I'm guessing this is no different than UofT, but I'd like to double check anyways: Lab classes don't begin until (at least) the second week, right?

That is correct.

You get your student card during Orientation Week.

For a complete fees breakdown (if you can't get it on RAMSS) then go to the Student Fees office.

For scholarships, it will likely just end up as a credit on your account, I can't see them giving you the money.

nah i dont think so, the person infront of me in line bought 2 and showed student card only..

I'm hoping because it's September, they were anticipating the rush. I've even seen them run out and then get more, so maybe they'll get MORE if they're out.

With that said, I'm heading down to Ryerson tomorrow to try and pick up my pass ... I'll update when I can (afternoon/evening) on whether I was able to pick one up or not.

thought i'd hop onto this thread as im going into first yr architecture. hi everybody.
i was able to pick up a pass yesterday, thought i was late and wouldnt be able to get one :S anyway.. goodluck 2mrw.

haha.. the lines for the One cards were ridiculous during the orientation. luckily i got mines early in the morning when it was a 20min line. i went back later with a friend and the line went down the hall turned the corner and down another hall lol.

So they're closed on Friday's and weekends during the summer? Now I know.
Just get the MetroPass at Shoppers if you need it ... Optimum Points.

Question. Do I need a new student card as a second year student, or do I use the same one from last year? Just thought I'd ask :p
