Is this an A or S type monitor?
- Set contrast and brightness to 0
- Press the « Menu » button
- Press the « Source » button for 5 seconds (the second one on the right)
A hidden ''Service Function'' menu will appear including Panel Info on the bottom which clearly indicates the panel’s origin and reference.
AMLCD XXXXX = A
AU XXXXXXXX = S

The only thing that shows up in the service function:
VERSION: M-ME22W0BAA-1002
CHECKSUM: 87AA
Not sure if that means anything to you. But i'm not really looking to sell the parts individually.
Thanks,
al
