2 piece Luggage Set for $149.95 + Free Shipping

Deal Link:
Price:
$149.95
Retailer:
Samsonite
Haven’t seen this posted before, so here goes;

- 2 piece samsonite luggage set for $149.95 with free shipping.
- The set includes one carryon luggage and a large 30in check-in bag.
- Each bag is hard shell (polycarbonate) with 4 spinner wheels. I personally have this set and it is quite rugged and scratch resistant.

- Optional: you can also get a free samsonite yacht tote if you sign up with your email on their website.

*** There isn’t any mention of an expiry date on this deal, I just got the email today as “samsonite a weekly deals offer” . Will update this post if I get any further info.

Thanks OP, need a carry on and large suitcase... may pull the trigger on this deal...

Does the large suitcase have one interior side that zips up completely?

Just a heads up on the larger 30" case, overall dimensions are 63", make sure you check your airline for their checked baggage limits...

Does any of the Airline really enforce that? They usually only care for weight.

My friend used this set of suitcase in our previous trip. The black leather part on the pull-out handle started to peel outward and eventually almost came off entirely. We had to buy a roll tape on our way to fix it, so be extra careful with that part.

Pretty good chance that no one will make an issue of the extra inch, just be prepared for the small chance you could have to pay depending on the person that checks your bag and if they have a "by the book" mindset.

Airlines don’t usually enforce dimension rules on luggage bags, but on special checkin items like skiing gear, sports/musical equipment etc

The bigger piece looks to be a large size. By itself it weighs 10 pounds, something to consider for check-in weight limits.

For anyone who owned similar hard-shell luggages, would you say this is average weight wise?

Average weight wise. But 30" won't be my go to except for resort/single destination type travel. Too big.
